Game Character Animation

Hey Guys!
Wednesday the 15th of September

We went through input animation sprite for our playable character and how to rig characters.

Will more than likely rig character as less work than drawing and redrawing character poses for running, walking, hiding and jumping.

Tuesday the 21st of September

A bit later, I started to draw out my character in layer to input into game rigging.

I wanted to do different view points for different things.

Side View for:

  • Walking
  • Running

  • Jumping (sidewards)
  • (Maybe) Hiding

3/4 View for:
  • Ideling
  • (Maybe) Hiding
Front View for:
  • Jumping down from something.

Back View for: 
  • Climbing / Jumping Up
