Rating Research

I'm unsure how the rating system is judged and what the Target Audience for this animation/game. 

By what Patrick (Film Tutor/Student in our Class) said, if violence is not shown on screen, maybe 9+ years old. But if there is bruises/injury shown it'll be 13+ years old.
