Design Development - Character Design

 Hey Guys!
Beginning design on Monday the 8th of March

Before finalizing design, with silhouette and exaggeration, I would like to explore the possible designs I could change from original design.

Thursday the 11th of March

Today we are finally getting to this part of designing character. I did start drawing in the front view, which Ruby recommended to draw on the 3/4 view.

I understand from other people than myself, there is minimal difference between them, as I didn't want to differ too much from the original shape of body. I wrote some differences beside so others can see the difference.

I was worried about the shilloutte as that is part of my focus, so I shade in the 3/4 right with the hair and beanie seeing the arm blend in and the hair with the beanie, but it seems like its just the angle.

I changed the angle to front and added hair and clothing, turn it into black shilloutte. Reordering shapes in areas and changing the shapes too. Making sure that the shilloutte is clear. The beanie and hair is still blending but I think it is angle again.

Ruby recommends that I should either have one or none pocket on the flannel, I can see why, as its a bit cloudy and over crowded with the two pockets and necklace.

Homework: rough turnaround with body, hair and (if like to on another layer) clothing and accessories. Not needed to have turnaround with hair up also, but will decide by Friday what turnaround is needed. The turnaround with beanie and hair down or no beanie with hair up.

Doing the Homework:

With help from Hero Forge (https://www.heroforge.com/) I have refences of turn around. Exclude the legs/feet.
